Thank you for shopping with NOPE. We do our best to ensure your order is processed quickly and delivered safely. Please review our shipping details below.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or an item is out of stock, processing times may be delayed. You will be notified by email if there are any significant delays affecting your order.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.
International shipping may be available soon — please check back for updates or contact us for special requests.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If your order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

NOPE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist when possible but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for items marked as delivered.


Preorders and Drops

For limited-edition drops or preorder items, shipping times may differ from standard orders.
Estimated shipping dates will be listed in the product description or emailed after purchase.


International Shipping (if enabled)

International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country’s customs office.


Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain items due to carrier limitations.
If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternate address.
