Refund & Returns

Thank you for shopping with NOPE. We want you to love what you ordered — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Free of stains, odors, and damage

  • In the original packaging (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Final sale items, including clearance, promotional, or limited-edition drops, are not eligible for return or exchange.

To start a return, please contact us at support@wearenope.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a return authorization and detailed instructions.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification confirming approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).


Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please email support@wearenope.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
We’ll issue instructions for exchanging your item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Underwear, socks, or other hygienic apparel

  • Digital products or downloads


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or credit card company first.
If the issue persists, contact us at support@wearenope.com and we’ll investigate promptly.


Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
